Shipping Policy
All items on our website come with free delivery to UK mainland addresses only (excluding Scottish highlands). We do not currently deliver outside the UK.
All orders placed before 12:00pm will be shipped on the day of ordering (subject to payment authorization and availability). Any items, which are out of stock, will be shipped as soon as your order is complete or as they become available. We will always attempt to contact you, should there be a problem processing your order.
Some goods delivered by means of the Free delivery option may be sent by Royal Mail and deliveries may take between 2 - 4 working days. However this could take up to 7 working days, for which we are not liable for.
We reserve the right to cancel any order to be sent to an address that may be illegitimate or incorrect. If this affects you and you feel that this has been done in error, please contact us to re-arrange delivery.
This is all subject to change and we shall not be liable for delays caused by matters out of our control.

Delivery Charges for UK offshore including Northern Ireland
Unfortunately, some remote areas of the UK are subject to additional delivery charges, this is due to the increased costs incurred by our couriers. Whilst we try to keep these charges to a minimum, a delivery surcharge of £6 applies to the following areas of the UK on orders with a weight of over 2kg:

Scottish Highlands and Isles: Inverness IV3-36, IV40 & IV52-54, Isle of Arran KA27, Isle of Canna PH44, Isle of Coll PA78, Isle of Colonsay PA61, Isle of Cumbrae KA28, Isle of Eigg PH42, Isle of Jura PA60, Isle of Rhum PH43, Isle of Skye IV41-49, IV51 & IV55-56, Orkney KW15-17, Paisley PA20-49 & PA62-77, Perth PH17-26, PH30-41 & PH49-50, Shetland Isles ZE1-3, Western Isles HS1-9.
Do I Need to Sign For My Parcel?
In most cases a signature will be required in order to receive your package; however some lighter, low value packages may not require a signature. If no one is present to sign for your goods, a card will be left with the option to collect your parcel from a local depot or have it re-dispatched at a convenient time. Whenever possible the courier will leave your parcel with a neighbour or colleague. Please note this may cause a delay in you receiving the goods.
Please Note: If your order has been sent via Royal Mail, but you have not received it, we are obliged to wait 14 days from the date of dispatch before Royal Mail will consider the parcel lost and we can therefore re-send your order and claim for the loss.
Returns
We will accept returns on unopened goods up to 14 days after the original transaction was made, however all returns must be made at the expense of the customer and any refund issued will be issued minus any postage costs incurred by us. If you have decided, for whatever reason, that a product is not for you please call us on 0113 318 0107 to arrange a return. (Please note: goods MUST be unopened and in a suitable condition for resale to be eligible for return).
Refunds for Debit/Credit card transactions will only be made to the Debit/Credit card from which the original transaction was made, no exceptions.
